Curated by Annette Yoshiko Reed in conjunction with a visit by Ancient Studies guest Alex Jassen (NYU), the display features John C. Trever’s 1948 letter and photographs sent to W. F. Albright, early reflections by Robert Pfeiffer and Krister Stendahl, and a comic depicting Trever and Albright’s correspondence.
Located in the Fenn Reading Room, the exhibit is accompanied by a timeline of Dead Sea Scrolls research at Harvard, highlighting HDS’s longstanding role in their study.
