Screening and Q&A: The Premiere of “DREAM ON”

Join EdRedesign for the launch of DREAM ON, a YouTube series delivering optimistic explainers on how to fix the American Dream. Featuring “smart with heart” storytelling, DREAM ON uses curiosity, rigor, and empathy to highlight novel research, place-based partnerships, and community-led initiatives tackling America’s biggest challenges—from housing and healthcare to education and employment.

The event will introduce DREAM ON and the world of creator journalism on YouTube, then screen the premiere episode, set in San Antonio, TX. The episode explores the powerful impact of Communities In Schools (CIS), recently the focus of a landmark Harvard-Cornell study identifying it as one of the most effective programs for improving the lifetime earnings of low-income students.

A Q&A will follow the screening, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the episode’s production and the future of this work. Registration required.
